so it becomes the same thing.

Fallon (I think it was) explained a bit more earlier. Someone mentioned that people with dementia could lose their home (leaving £100k in their estate) as they would need social care, but someone with cancer would get treated on the NHS for free and not lose their home.

He said about social care and health care merging, people being relased from hospital earlier to be treated in their own homes.

People being treated in their own home would come under the social care scheme...
