OK I saw that part in the manifesto

but were is this bit "It will be extended to include health treatment for all adults; not just when you are retired."

I cant see it in the manifesto or on the BBC report because that implies that as you get older treatment that you would have got on the NHS you will have to pay for

to me health treatment and care treatment are two different things they are linked but different
