Opposition oppose, that is their job. You can't blame the opposition for the failures
of the executive to understand they are running a minority govt.
No opposition would have done differently, especially when they want a different outcome in the talks than the Govt do.
There are differences in the Unicorn version of Brexit the 2 parties want. Regardless of who was running the minority Govt, the other would be doing exactly as Labour have done.
It is the responsibility of a Minority PM to ensure they have the backing of the house, which means engaging other parties (she could have reached out to the SNP FFS).
If you cannot command a majority you don't double down, you make concessions, or at least be seen to try.
You also don't set impossible red lines at the start of a negotiation, then set a time limited process running, then hold a vanity election (which you effectively lose) then fail to recognise the change in Parliament, then waste more time negotiating with wildly difference factions of your own party instead of with the broadly aligned factions in other parties that could have given you a majority in the house.
Labour should never have waved A50 through before any planning had been done, and should be held to account for that. Everything from that point on is the responsibility of the Govt, they were tasked to lead this process and failed to do so.
