Well I can only speak personally but..

I have always been uneasy at the way certain people left or fell on their swords over a relatively short period of time leaving just two married people essentially in full charge of the day to day running of the club, one of whom having had a meteoric rise. You then hear stories of it not being a great place to work and see long serving staff leaving (some of whom have gone down the road). in the meantime, i'm not really sure much of the customer facing aspects of the club have improved, if anything some have regressed.

However, i wasn't really alluding to that in my previous post, more just the fact that the ghost of Stuart still looms large over everything. Most people at the club were his appointments. Technically, i think he's still employed. Zoe is obviously still a strong link. It will take time for Knapper to refresh things.

I don't think the atmosphere will really start to peak again until the fans can genuinely see that a new chapter is well underway. At present we remain in something of a holding pattern. Next season may be different if we have a new coach and do some interesting stuff in the transfer market. I'm quite excited about what we might potentially do if Knapper has the leeway to make some proper changes.
