As part of society we have loads of limitations on the stuff that you mention (also known as laws).

It's been over 20 years since I studied that bit of law, but the various balances are significant and in place. There are some nice textbooks on it if you're interested, rather than just sounding off.

Your grasp of the science around the virus, it's spread and the likely impact on the health service seems pretty patchy too.

Fine to question this stuff, but point me to an expert that really thinks your human rights are being violated.

Point me to a body of health experts who say we're being over cautious (all the public health experts I've read suggest that we're not taking it seriously enough).

I have enough of a background in science and law to know that I'll take the expert's professional judgement on these issues over your opinion (which seems to me to be based, entirely understandably, on your emotions on this rather than what is right or needed)
