This really pisses me off because........

on the one hand Norwich Union appear ready and willing to write up to 80% of the Scum's debt to them, whilst on the other hand they have been telling me for the last seven years that my life assurance policy with them will be anything up to £17,000 short of what they promised me when it pays out!
