but I still think this deal could founder. I can't quite see, rather as with Leeds, where all the money has gone. They started off owing Morley £25 million - it's increased to £32 million because they haven't been paying the interest and there was one year where there was no increase and no payment either because Morley took a 10% stake in lieu. I wonder what will happen when Evans gets a good look at the books.

And judging by the hysterical puffing of this deal by Sheepy's tame journos at Archant there must be some possibility that when the shareholders get a look at the fine print they might throw it out too.
