The big difference between us and them

is that we own our ground. So anyone to whom we owe money is guaranteed to get it back because at the end of the day Carrow Road could be sold.
Scum are different - apart from the training ground I don't think they have any tangible assets. So Barclays and Morleys had to hope that somehow Scum would pay the loan back - and they said as long ago as 2005 that it could never happen, or hope that someone would take the debt off their hands which is a solution they have been touting for several months.
This is why we should not welcome an investor like Evans, and why our creditors would never agree to such a deal. Basically Scum's financial position is so catastrophic that they have the creditors in a position where they will take any offer.
Someone at Morley made a disastrous decision a few years ago.
