England players are oftern very good in teams where they are surrounded by

other very good players, who are not eligible to play for England.

When they are put in to an England side, to be surrounded by only very good English players, they usually don't look as good.

We've had this problem with multiple managers, and with squads we felt had the potential to win things previous as well.
