I agree with this, he transformed the team early on in to something likeable again

and deserves huge credit for creating an environment that players want to be part of.

He doesn't have the coaching or tactical ability though to get the most out of this group.

He has done a great job, taken advantage of some good draws in ways we have failed to do previously, and given us some degree of success that's we've not had for a long time.

The next level needs someone else though.
