Play Bellingham where he first played for England, and was good, deeper in the midfield alongside Rice (but allowed to get forward, as he was then). Play one of our creative midfielders - Foden or Palmer - behind Kane. Play Gordon on the left.

Southgate won't do this, but I reckon the next coach will.
