We beat Colombia

I've done this before, so won't re-tread old ground, but the ways we have contrived to go our early of some tournaments have been absolutely ridiculous - and no manager before or since Ramsay has performed as consistently as Southgate, despite very great opportunities to do so.

That's not overachieving as such, but the facts around our major tournament performances under him our indisputable.
