I do think he's a bit conservative sometimes, but I also understand why that is and the tactics have worked.

I'm in the middle ground; he's done well. Delivering consistently solid results, beating the teams we should beat is an achievement. But this really is a chance to win something, or as a minimum go close to winning, so that's what I'd hope for.
