Agree, it clearly means all of them, there has to be changes to that now.

And also the whole SC process, for me they should be lining them up in the pit lane in track order.
You then release them based on the time gap they had on track, not that hard to do and they have the timings now to know.

The unlapping thing is redundant now, not like those cars end up challenging the leaders.
