We were discussing this in work yesterday

Everyone more or less happy with the squad and feel its strong... other then the JWP/RB situation.

Main complaint being that we have good quality attacking players and a manager that is far too defensive.

Should be overloading the midfield and dominating in the final third not sitting in our own third unable to build from the back due to lack of offensive players.

I think a 4-1-4-1 would be far more exciting with the single holding midfield dropping back into a defensive 5 when out of possession. This then gives 7 attacking players including Left and right back with a back 3 for recycling.

Unfortunately as Gareth has this insatiable desire to be defensive when we have some of the most lethal attackers
