Really? I think he’s been one of the most refreshing Eng managers for ages.

Sorted out/worked on the psychology of the players, worked in the same way on pens, developed a positive relationship with the media, makes them sing the National anthem (I presume), has made/allowed the players to be liked, fostered a good ‘club’ team spirit amongst the players. We’ve to the semis of the one tournament he’s been in charge of.

I think a lot of England matches such as last nights are pointless.
