I don't see how we could have any real objection to being relegated

Obvs I don't want us to, but I can't see a legal challenge would succeed. Its pretty clear that is what would have happened, we'd have to demonstrate some reason our form was likely to dramatically improve.
Could we do that? I don't see it.

The other clubs might have a case, but we've been bottom for the longest by a county mile.
If it was any other club in our situation I don't think we'd think they had a case would we?
