Not sufficient deterrents to make people think ..,

About using a knife or gun. Introduce a zero tolerance policy towards carrying a knife or gun, bring back random police stop and search and give out a minimum automatic prison sentence of say 3 years for offenders. Also introduce a minimum 10 year prison sentence for anyone caught carrying acid to be used to attack someone. Heinous act what it does to victims lives.

The blacks and ethnic minority’s who I am guessing are the perpetrators of much of this crime wave in London might scream racism but f**k em something has to be done.

As for tackling the root cause of the problem that has probably much to do with broken homes and police cuts. Much harder to fix the former.
