I agree with Jim about the atmosphere. The club have culpability here.

Perhaps someone should have tipped him off about the disconnect .. the way the fans stopped singing the managers name for weeks after years of doing so in the yellow and green army chant.

The removal of the cross bar challenge, a disruptive twirly screen which distracts fans immediately after a goal, the dog s**te bar facilities and a team identity of passionless football.

He's identified it .. let's hope he can change it!
