Just read ACN article. Webber comes across excellent in my view couple of great bits;

1- distinct link between academy and first team. With bespoke plans for each player I thought his point on Maddison loan interesting, sending him to a sub standard league where he isn't even getting to required fitness.

2- he is spot on with the atmosphere at Carrow road. It's been dreadfully flat for years to the point where I pretty much stopped going as I can only get tickets in the south stand where even next to the away fans you are frowned at for standing on attacks or even singing ffs. It's become like going to the Emirates.
