What's the point in comparing Roeder to Worthington?

Worthington's team lost it's way but Grant f**ked the team up and people are expecting Roeder to be able to turn that around overnight. It won't happen and if people are asking whether the team is better off now than under Worthington in his final days then, yes, I say it is moving back in the right direction.

What, you expect us to be top of the table again this season? It took Worthington some time to turn things around when he joined.
