Honestly, I dont know enough about any of them...

SO to narrow it down to reasons I wouldn't want them...

Tilson - strikes me as a bit of a wide boy, not convinced he's got what it takes between the ears.

Grayson - no opinion. Enough experience?

Martin Allen - bit of a nutter by all accounts. Too unconventional to take a risk on him at this point - we need an instant, experienced effect.

Parkinson - again, dont know enough about him. Failed at Hull - did well at Col U.

So probably of the 4 - Grayson or Parkinson.
