Board poll: out of the following four candidates, who would you prefer as NCFC manager?

Martin Allen

Simon Grayson

Phil Parkinson

Steve Tilson

I'm leaving Roeder and Staunton out of this list, as I'm nigh on certain they wouldn't attract anywhere near as much support as any of these four; and with due respect to KentonCanary, I honestly can't see Ince leaving Franchise for us. When he moves, it'll probably be to a bigger club than us, with money to spend too - and he'll surely not want to get himself a Bruce-like reputation as someone who continually jumps ship the moment he gets a better offer too.

Please try and answer seriously: I think it'd be really useful to get a sense of everyone's opinions on this. And with the board's permission, I'd like to keep bringing this back to the top over the next 24 hours or so, just so as many people as possible can vote.

I'll kick things off, by saying Grayson, just. What say everyone else?
