Testing only on hospitalised patients - what's the point of that? If they're in hospital,

they will have severe problems
which already point fairly obviously to covid19. Fine, it may help them get better-targeted treatment (though not sure what that would be other than standard pneumonia interventions), but epidemiologically it does very little to help. It seems to me it's more hope than belief that they can actually move the curve.
