go back to the period between 72-95

all bar about 4 of those seasons were in the top flight and therefore there is no reason why at least a period of some longevity in the top flight shouldnt be a reasonable target.

it teams like palace burnley stoke watford bournemouth can have reasonably long stays in the top flight why do we allow ourselves to set the bar so low.
