Well to start with
health care will be provide at home wherever possible rather than in a hospital... where it starts to come under social care...
Page 65: "This will ensure the care system works better with the NHS to reduce unnecessary and unhealthy hospital stays and delayed transfers of care, and provide better quality assurance within the care sector. "
On page 66 under the NHS title:
We will ensure that the NHS and social care system have the nurses, midwives, doctors, carers and other health professionals that it needs.
