This here junior doctors contract business

I don't really understand the issue that the junior doctors have with the new contract offer well enough to form a view as to whether they have a legitimate point or not.

Any junior doctors on here (or even just people who understand the dispute) who can explain it?

The latest offer as reported doesn't appear that unreasonable to me but then I am basing that on media reports and i keep hearing how the media is just lying to the public!
