An alternative to Roeder.

Which is something I hadn't entertained at all until this weekend.

It has to be Iwan or Malky.

There is such a division between the fans, players, manager and board at the moment, its heart breaking. When we won the Championship, the unity was one of the main reasons we overachieved that year imo.

I have faith in Roeder, but he seems to have developed this idea that he has to be ruthless and arrogant to succeed. I don't know if he's always been like this, but it forces me to question him. He's obviously got a knack for identifying a decent footballer, but seems at a loss when it comes to getting them to perform.

The only way I can see us getting up the table is if we employ someone who the fans and board idolise, and the players respect. Malky or Iwan have no experience, but imagine the atmosphere for their first game in charge. The place would be revolutionised, and we?d be so desperate for them to succeed that that would continue.

We really need the unity back. More than a defender, and more than a striker.

I?m not saying we should get rid of GR, but I?m not sure he has what it takes to unite the club.
