we could always appoint a good cop as assistent manager

who plays against GR's Bad cop because thats the role he seems to want to play, whilst obviously crofty and Doc are s**t scared of Gr and are playing there best footy for a while other can't seem to handle it, so we need some one to come and give those a kiss and cuddle (not in a gay way obviously).
