Agree with most of that.

He can spot decent players but obviously has issues regards his motivation/respect of players.This has been debated for ages now, meanwhile we head nearer to relegation.
Unless we lose heavily in the next two games then I cant see our board giving him the push. Given its nearly mid Jan and he is presumably dealing with potential transfers then it would unfortunately appear our board are standing by Roeder.This is further cemented by the pro Roeder piece written by Mick Dennis which stinks of NCFC spin at its best.
I would go for Boothroyd and Malky before it becomes too late. Regardless if people think they played longball at Watford, im sure any manager worth their salt could get better results from our set of players.
I hope Roeder proves me wrong and we survive-Norwich will always be my team and relegation would be hard to take. Its just that if the board does not act soon then we are heading for relegation.
