I can't help but feel the board can't really win. Whoever they appoint, it will not be the

right man for some people.

With all the vitriol and negativity flying about at the moment, they are fighting a losing battle.

It's a real shame the emphasis is on 'the name' and not the job - any manager that can get the team back to playing as a team, players playing in their rightful positions and passing a ball, making a tackle and defending will be ok in my book.

Waggers article was good on this today.

The team went up because they were 'a team' - they all knew their roles, positions and those of their team mates - confidence was high and wins meant more wins.
