What they have to do is get it right. I thought they had it right with Grant which shows how much I know. We need someone who can get the best out of this group of players, combined with a bit of tactical nous.

And the board need to look to themselves. There has been too much concentration on non-footballing issues, and too much cronyism leading to mistakes like Cooper and Collins.
