I think it's basically because we've shipped out quite a lot of experience

as well as selling quality players, and brought in one's that we expect to improve.

You don't bring in Ashley Barnes fir his potential but you do with, say, Jacob Brown.

If it's shown that the plan is bollocks down the line then so be it, but I'm OK with the principle of building something that doesn't necessarily fire immediately

Oh and injuries/suspensions etc.
