And hold a manager or the board to account if it doesn’t work. Teams have always sold and bought experienced/inexperienced players. Teams have always suffered from injuries and suspensions. We always seems to hampered by injuries during Farke’s time especially late Autumn. There can always be stand out managers and players that buck the trend, personally I’m ok with JHT, and I never think of getting rid of somebody unless there is huge improvement on offer (and with them, comes a new approach, direction and style of play and with it..another transition period) I just feel that these 1,23 year plans overlap with each other, then a manager leaves or is sacked or a player is old and short term older player is brought in and the plan goes out of the window.
