eg I wouldn't rule out us being in favour of it if the alternative is to force a played conclusion. We're unlikely to survive so may as well get it over with and start prepping.
Also there may be a recognition by some that if you can't agree on *something*, you agree on nothing and face an unplanned and legally very messy conclusion.
