It's possible the relegated clubs may agree if there are other incentives such as super para payments or a guaranteed play off place next season even if you don't make the top 6 in the champs.
Maybe extend the playoffs to 8 teams from the current 4.
The real problem is the champs. It would be a mess of litigation.

I still think they will play out this season even if it's later this year or next year.
We are now seeing American sports agreeing to run behind closed doors.
I'm 100% convinced this will happen.
