Good advice

Except she is my boss.

I've had 2 previous of bullying where others reported it (I've spent my whole life being told im over sensitive so i take most things said to me because i find it hard to judge my own thoughts)
Both those situations ended with the bully's claiming they were the victim, then it carried on. One left on maternity, the other i switched departments when i saw the opportunity.

I'd take your advice about talking to someone, but im oversensitive and aren't I? Like everyone says/uses as an excuse.

I just do what I've done vsince 2004, kept a journal and if it becomes a serious hr thing, il bring it out.

To some extent, i keep a lid on it that way.
