But also need to make sure your seniors are properly aware of how much time you are spending doing the coaching role, particularly if it's not actually your official role to be doing that. keep a loose record if you aren't already.
Also suggest simply asking them what they want you to do do - is it more valuable to them for you to be hitting your targets or for you to be making sure the other 3 are hitting theirs? If they know the full picture they may be happy for you to continue, or they may prefer you to let these other 3 sink and replace them (do you have a view on whether the other 3 are getting it yet/will need less hand holding soon?)
Needless to say keep copious notes of the chat and everything around this...
