I think I'm going to stop checking the system and 'researching' other people's troubles

If tomorrow is my cue to constantly say "read the procedure until you get your answer, if you can't find the answer ask the project manager. If you're still stuck ask our boss"

I've never wanted to do this, I hated being talked to like this when I was new and was learning the ropes

I have an exceptional memory which makes me the person people go to when they want help. My recall levels to various things are why others ask so much. Maybe I need to start pretending I can't remember or I've never seen the study before
