Needy co workers. I know for a fact I'm going to have a 'light' chat tomorrow

with my seniors about my 'stats'

They know full well that the 3 people alongside me rely on my help WAY too much despite them being in the role 6 months+ (takes 3 months to be trained)

Do I have to be tough from now on? Tell these people they should figure it out for themselves?

I'm reassured I'm the permanent member whilst they are the temps. I've always thought people above me understood I'm the 'coach' as well as doing the work

Do I have to be short with my colleagues and tell them to figure it out for themselves?
