I'm down for the 6miles in August.
When do I need to start practicing?
Bear in mind I've cycled about 12 miles a day for the last 7 years but not so much as done more than a 3 yard jog after an errant toddler in the same timespan.
I was thinking April-ish, run for 20 mins and build it up from there.
