AN definitely needs a run of results

We are in a strange situation in that we have a great squad at this level and are in the mix for promotion. The concern for me is that we haven't played to our best and there is a mental weakness where we are out fought and don't kill teams off when dominating.
Neil's lack of experience shows at times and he is short of leadership on the pitch.
I would give him more time but there is a lot of room for improvement, which needs to happen pretty soon to take the pressure off him
