I'm slightly concerned that if this is the beginning of the end for Alex Neil,

That we are about to default back to 'Little Norwich'. What I mean is that with the current board, I can see the next appointment being very uninspiring. Especially given that we took a chance on Alex Neil and at present it may or may not work out (depending on your present view of things).

I think with Jez Moxey being around instead of a McNally type figure, there will be nobody around this time to give our board an alternative opinion, or offer up a candidate out of left field. Moxey seems to me to be very much the type of CEO who will play it safe. I may be wrong but that's my feeling.

I've probably not really worded the above very well but I think you will likely get what I mean. Norwich in recent years have taken a chance, rolled the dice a little but now I fear that's about to end. Rightly or wrongly.
