Good advice.

Watch out for the one that asks you questions. They try to wrap you up in devious logic, asking things to which there are only wrong answers.

"Is that furniture?" (It's a formerly wall-mounted cupboard, fairly obviously.)
"We can take furniture."
"Was it ever mounted on a wall?" "Yes, but it's not now."
"Ah, can't take that."
