take it back to PC World get them to bloody do it.

I's quite straight forward but they are the nearest a single shop has ever come to actual hell.

If he takes it back do not under any circumstance let them sell him anything else for it. He will not need a graphics card unless he is doing anything graphically demanding. Like gaming or video editing.

I'd hazard a guess that the resolution is set wrong. Make it at least 1024 x 768 but try higher as well.

Right click anywhere on the desktop and select properties. click the settings tab and change the resolution with the slider thingy.

As much as i hate PC world I must say they do have some rock solid bargains every now and again.
