More Computer questions for you lovely folks - graphics
Friend got a new puter the other day

Upon setting it up and looking at the pictures it seems the picture quality is worse than anything I've ever seen before. I hear the graphics card is RUBBISH but is this the cause for the poor pic quality or is it the screen? Can graphics cards be replaced by better ones? I am assuming yes but won't advise it if anyone thinks the screen is to blame?
