How many managers have done well everywhere they've gone?

Off the top of my head, those who've managed in England in recent memory:

Rafael Benitez
Alex Ferguson
Martin O'Neill
Arsene Wenger
Luiz Felipe Scolari
Jose Mourinho

Most of whom have been in management for years. I would have said Mark Hughes before Citeh, too - Redknapp gets discounted because of Southampton.

Doesn't leave many, does it?
