Proof that the players 'don't get it'...

Putting 'L'-plates on a scooter in Gunny's parking space may seem like a good joke but given the seriousness of our position (if we hadn't had Lita we would now be rock-bottom and don't look like being able to replace him) you would've hoped they would know better.

Do you think employees at Merrill Lynch or KPMG are larking around showing what a good sense of humour they have at present?

If the players understood our situation they would be running their bollocks off and working extremely hard to improve our position.

Sadly I don't think they'll get that until too late (and maybe not enough of the loan players care anyway) and for that reason we're doomed for relegation even if the board can recruit Jesus, assisted by Steve McQueen.

On the other hand I may be proving my lack of sense of humour.
