Shirely it's about re-adjusting your goals and ideas of competing

At the moment the first goal should be stability of the club and a long term aim. Then build from there...small steps to the bigger picture but as with the whole of society today...success has to be instant. It would also help to have board members, not just now, but also in the future that realise when they have reached their capacity to take the club forward.
