ok well,

first I apologise for the insult, not called for. Most of those are valid points with the exception of a couple. What it came down too is this. Roeder had a plan of what he needed in what postions. He began to put this plan into action but we all know it was going to take a long time to put into place. Unfortunately a big part of the money he was given was taken away when the Turners left, leaving him with half a team and it looking like he had just signed a load of centre backs. We had no money left to rebuild the rest of the team which is what I mean when i say his hands are tied. He can't win really because there is no such thing as patience in football anymore.
